… not just by the needless death of Darrent Williams but also by the attitudes of his fellow party-goers which ultimately led to the deadly confrontation? More specifically, the verbal taunting which members of his group engaged in and which so angered another group (probably drunk, but it was 2:30am New Year’s Eve at a trendy party in downtown Denver) that they later fired semi-automatic weapons at Williams’ stretch Hummer limo. This “my c**k is the biggest” attitude which young twenty-something men engage in, especially when coupled with big money, bigger egos, an attitude of invincibility, and, oh right, guns, is nothing but self-destructive bull-sh**. What’s the point?? There is no best-case scenario, merely a series of worse- and worst-case scenarios. Do everyone a favor, grow a pair and stop instigating and / or responding to stupid middle- and high-school antics. If you have to? Shut up, be a MAN, and walk away. Pretty simple, huh?
