Cascade Falls near Pembroke, VA

Photos taken on or around September 25, 2005.

This weekend’s trip was to the Cacades Falls near Pembroke, VA. This 2 mile hike is really something to see during all seasons. Since it was the end of Summer/beginning of Fall, Louisa and I already got to see some leaf changes on the trail. This is also the perfect hike for anyone wanting to get some great pictures. There are a ton of photo oppertunities on the trail, so be sure to bring a camera (and a tripod if you are trying to get some slow-shutter photos). One word of warning though – some people like to go swimming in boxers/briefs, then strip in order to change into dry clothes; don’t think “Girls Gone Wild”, think of that freakingly-scary beach scene in EuroTrip.
